Our final coaching session for 2023 is coming up on 30th September and it would be great to see you all. We are planning an exciting mix of technical and fun exercises to round off our current programme.
Details:
Location: Kinnoull Hill, Perth (Jubilee Car Park). Meet at the FLS 'Shed' across the road.
Time: 10.30am for Registration, then 11am - 1pm for coaching
Directions: From Perth city centre. From the east end of Perth Bridge, go straight up Lochie Brae, then follow Muirhall Road to the top. Turn left into the Jubilee Car Park. From Dundee, leave the A90 at Kinfauns junction and follow minor road uphill towards Perth. This will take you to the Jubilee Car Park.
Parking: the car park is likely to be busy. Please watch out for mountain bikers and trailers, and take care crossing the road.
Registration: Please meet at the FLS Shed (across the road from the car park) by 10.30 am for Registration.
What to wear: trainers or similar with a good grip. Long-sleeved top and leggings or tracksuit bottoms. No shorts, please. Please also bring a waterproof top, and change of clothing in case of rain.
What to bring: a soft drink and a snack. If you have your own compass, please bring it, if not we will have club compasses available to borrow. Please bring your own hand-sanitiser.
Cost: £4 adults, £1 per child. Please bring correct payment in a sealed envelope with names of those taking part on the front. No change will be available.
Medical information: please complete and bring with you the attached confidential medical form. Please complete a form for each person attending. This will be kept confidential by the coach and will be destroyed after the event.
Please do not attend if you or a close relative are suffering from COVID-19.
Finally, please confirm your attendance by responding to this email, attaching a mobile phone number where you can be contacted in case the session has to be cancelled for any reason. We will also ask you for your vehicle registration number.
