A new Club Development Officer and Level 2 Club Coach!
A couple of great developments for the club to report this weekend—firstly, Mel Nicoll has been appointed as Club Development Officer, a role that will see her work on a number of projects to develop orienteering in the Tayside area over the next year and a half.
Also, after several months' practical and theory work, club coach Moira Laws passed her Level 2 Coach assessment. This qualification means that Moira can now deliver more advanced coaching sessions up to Technical Difficult 5, which allows her to offer coaching for seniors as well as juniors.
Congratulations to Mel and Moira on their achievements, and we look forward to working with them in the coming year!
We're delighted to announce two great opportunities for you to benefit fromin specialised orienteering coaching - organised for 8-9 November 2014 and 7-8 February 2015, in a convenient local venue, especially for TAY members.
