Funding secured for Strathearn Schools Development Project

We’re delighted to announce that we have been awarded a grant from the Orienteering Foundation to support orienteering development work with schools and local communities in the Strathearn area in the lead in to the Scottish 6 Days 2019.

Block of four coaching sessions for club members

We are delighted to announce the dates for our next block of coaching sessions, starting Saturday 20 August. These dates have been chosen specifically to fit around TAY and SOA orienteering events.

  

Lovely contours!

Coaching session focuses on contours

Sunday's coaching session at Dalguise (session #3 in a four-session block) was well-received. We focused on contours and included a novel tattie contour competition this week and finished with a "place and chase" exercise - which required very close attention to the map!
