Lovely contours!

Coaching session focuses on contours

Sunday's coaching session at Dalguise (session #3 in a four-session block) was well-received. We focused on contours and included a novel tattie contour competition this week and finished with a "place and chase" exercise - which required very close attention to the map!

Thanks to coach Moira and helpers/assistant coaches Alistair and Mel, also to PGL for use of the area. Our final session in this block takes place this coming Sunday and those booked in will receive instructions directly from Moira.
