Congratulations to everyone from TAY who took part in the 6 Days, whether as competitors, organisers, planners or volunteers. A special mention to Roos and Alistair for planning the courses for Day 1 and to Davie and Elaine for organising everything for Day 1.

Good luck to the 31 lucky TAY members heading to Royal Deeside for the 21st Scottish 6 Days which starts on Sunday. Waiting for you are six days of racing on quality terrain in some stunning scenery, alongside a multi-national field of nearly 3000 competitors of all ages. Enjoy!

Tomorrow’s monthly training cancelled

No training on Wednesday evening

We're sorry to have to cancel this month's training evening at short notice owing to work commitments. You are still welcome to meet and go for a run but please note this will not be an official TAY activity. We then take a break for the summer season, returning on Wed 6 September. Keep up the good work on your fitness and technical skills training meantime!

Great time last night marking World Orienteering Day with an evening activity at Riverside Park in Perth, on our lovely new map. Fantastic to welcome some new faces trying out orienteering for the first time and with great enthusiasm.
