Parking at the Quarry car park on Corsie Hill road
Anyone in Tay or KFO who wants to run has to email Angela () before midnight on Tue 13 October with -
Name, Age class, Course, SI number or if wanting to hire one, Give a contact phone number, your preferred start time if you have one.
This is an event for paid up Tay members and KFO members for Covid insurance reasons.
Competitors need to ensure they are capable of running their chosen course because they won't be able to contact other competitors for help during the event.
Competitors must stay at least 2m from other competitors (unless in their household) before, after and during the event. If someone else is punching a control wait until they have left.
Club risk assessment has been completed. Prepare a personal risk assessment.
Angela will email everyone with individual start times.
It is essential that people to try and stick to these times.
No results/splits provided on the day, results will be online.
Hand sanitiser will be provided at the start and finish.
