Club membership renewal notices have been going out over the past weeks via British Orienteering, who administer this on behalf of clubs. Read on for a reminder of the benefits to find out why you should renew.

Your membership fee includes all the benefits of membership of the Scottish Orienteering Association (SOA) and British Orienteering as well as Tayside Orienteers. We’ve got a fantastic programme coming together for 2016 to meet the needs of all ages and experience levels. What your membership includes

Your membership includes membership of Tayside Orienteers, Scottish Orienteering and British Orienteering. Benefits include:-

• “Members-only” discounted event entry fees
• the chance to represent the club in team events at regional and national level
• priority places on TAY coaching activities
• 4 copies per year of SCORE, the magazine of the Scottish Orienteering Association and FOCUS, the magazine of British Orienteering

• access to the “members only” section of the British Orienteering website and an online account where you can see your event results and download Navigation and Racing Challenge certificates
• Public Liability Insurance when participating in events and activities registered with British Orienteering
